Sudarsan has over three decades of senior management experience in varied sectors like Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, Real Estate and Investments with MNCs, Large Corporate Houses and Family Businesses. 

He brings across a very effective blend of Financial and Business management experience acquired during his career in India, China and UAE. In India he worked with business-groups like Crompton Greaves, KSB Pumps AG and Unilever India before he did a four-year stint in China as part of start-up joint venture between an Asian business house and a State body. In UAE since 2004, he worked with Jashanmals, Damac Invest and Corys-Hepworth groups.

Operating at the highest levels of organizations, in the typical role of Group CFO, Advisor and Board/Management-Committee member for over two decades, he has successfully managed business-units and turnaround situations too.

Sudarsan transitioned into a Management Consultant and Strategic Business Advisor in 2014. As a strategic advisor, he typically works alongside owners & top-management of businesses in areas which facilitate organizational transformation like formulating  and implementing business strategies, organisational re-structuring, creating business review disciplines, leading  acquisitions and divestments and so on. Besides, he handles niche consulting assignments like revamping business processes, driving cost optimisation programs and selecting and implementing new business systems.

He also dabbles with teaching assignments and mentoring of the next-gen, from time to time

Sudarsan is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India (IIM-A, 1983) and a Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA, 1985).
