He has over 25 years of experience in Auditing, Business Advisory Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance. Before joining ECAG, Pradeep Sai worked in a public financial institution in India in a key role as their regional head of Finance & Accounts.

Pradeep Sai mainly focuses on CFO Services and Advisory & Consulting Services. With his abundant experience has arranged Trade /Project Finance for different segments of SMEs in the UAE. With his expertise in Finance and Accounts, he guided to solving quite a large number of companies' critical issues related to working capital management and optimum utilization of funds of the companies. He is a strategic advisor to the top-level management to work out key finance and operational issues and is the first level of contact for them to address their issues in the UAE.

As part of Merger & Acquisition, he guides Private Equity Investors to identify the region's potential investment opportunities. In addition, he supports the clients in M& A process to give value addition to their businesses or to strike a good deal.

He is a CPA, CMA, and a Commerce Graduate.
